If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 7 days before the start date of the training course. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

If you do not attend the training course for any reason, your payment is non-refundable.

In the event that we need to cancel the training course for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund or offer you an alternative date.

  1. Attendance and Conduct

You must attend the training course on the dates and times specified in your booking confirmation. If you arrive late or do not attend, you may not be allowed to participate in the training course and your payment will be non-refundable.

You must conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner during the training course. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the training course if you behave in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property during the training course. We are also not liable for any injury or damage to you or your property resulting from your participation in the training course, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
